Chef Adam hails from the likes of French Laundry, Calistoga Ranch, Oenotri, Il Posto Trattoria, Eldorado Kitchen and Aqua in San Francisco. Adam is in his prime, tuned in to current trends, with the breadth of experience to tackle a variety of cuisines.
Andretti’s intimate dinners start off with wine tasting & hors d’oeuvres in either the barrel room, fountain courtyard or the villa patio and are followed by dinner in the villa great room, on the villa patio or the villa lawn. Andretti Winery is proud to offer an array of intriguing menus designed to showcase both our Napa Valley Series wines and the Montona collection.
