Andretti Winery continues its tradition of creating memorable dining experiences with the addition of Il Posto chef Adam Clark to its roster of visiting chefs. Throughout the season, winery guests will be able to savor the traditional Italian fare of Napa Valley’s Il Posto Trattoria, paired with signature Andretti wines.
A sample lunch might include a first course of roasted beets, house-made ricotta, hazelnuts, arugula, followed by a main course of rabbit cacciatore- porcini, orzo, carrots, and finished with a dessert of dark chocolate tiramisu, all paired with Andretti wines.
