L’ITALIA IN VIGNETO DINNER EXPERIENCES AT ANDRETTI WINERY!

Known for its majestic setting, Tuscan-inspired estate and great Cal-Ital
style wine, the Andretti Winery continues its tradition of creating
memorable dining experiences with the addition of Napa Valley-based Il Posto
Chef Josh Wheeler to its roster of visiting chefs. Winery guests will be able
to savor the traditional Italian fare of Napa Valley’s Il Posto Trattoria,
paired with signature Andretti wines. Four- course dinners or three-course
lunches with wine pairings are available on Fridays and Saturdays throughout
the year.

A sample dinner menu might include a first course of roasted beets,
house-made ricotta, hazelnuts, arugula, a 2nd course of Raviolo, egg yolk,
nettle ricotta, pancetta, watercress, followed by a main course of rabbit
cacciatore- porcini, orzo, carrots, and finished with a dessert of dark
chocolate tiramisu, all paired with Andretti wines.
